This gentleman read Dale Carnegie's "How to win friends and influence people" because Portland's Mayor Wheeler tells him thank you for his comments at the end.
Antifa's Ambassador by the way has been up for over 24 hours before he addressed the City Council and Mayor.
LaToya wouldn't put up with that scrawny white boy. She would Mackel him.

It looks like wheeler is trying desperately to hold on to his seat because he looks like he is going to get pummeled in the election. Unfortunately wheeler is the moderate in the mayoral race.
