I really wonder if cheating is wrong if a wife/husband is refusing the other. Why would the cheating party be in the wrong if the other is not emotionally or physically present?

Towards the man?
1. No condiments in the fridge...it is 2018 if I have to make my own sammich and you do the shopping I better have everything I need in there.
2. Another man's hands outside the friend zone parts of the body. My wife loves massages and I book a really good female masseuse for her when I don't want to do it...I always hope things escalate and get steamy between them but it never seems to works out. #oneday
3. Buying me gifts with my own money. It is again 2018 most SO's need to either have their own job or an at home/online side hustle.(obviously not a webcam show...dirty minded OT
