not necessarily, big corporations use bankruptcy as a business strategy any more, as do overs for their frickups, I've watched that in my industry for years, all the while seething mine was the last to do it, and granted I was largely unaffected by it, but I'm making about twice what I was before, but there are many, many, people below me that took it in the shorts, over all it was worth it to purge our company of the morons previously charged with running it
