Why the rapid growth in the Montana?
On a side note, at some point the population boom in these places does suck. The true ‘last frontiers’ are becoming trendy, overpriced, and unaffordable.
If I wanted to move to a place like Colorado, I’m pretty much relegated to Pueblo, or some obscure town in the flat part of the state.

I lived in Bozeman. Everyone was was happy with the return on their investment. I was told Bozeman would grow to the size of Colorado Springs by 2040.
