Pretty damn sure all parties can sue the living shite out of the car crossing two lanes who started it all since there is video evidence.

The car wasn’t hit and wasn’t in the accident. That SUV that was hit was sitting in the turn lane. Once it’s hit he pulls off the road.

I'd bet the Camaro was on their phone or otherwise not paying attention. Yeah the car pulled out and should not have, but the Camaro looked to overact and late as hell like they were distracted, which then caused them to go into the other lane.
