Vodka
Doesn't really matter anyway...even if you could keep morphine in a car kit, medications regularly stored at 140 degrees in a car will be useless if you need them.
What if you aren't in a car? Might as well carry a pocket kit and knowledge if you really want to be prepared.

Stop. Just stop. Are you really going to inject someone with Morphine? Let the Medics do their job and quit playing one for fun
I would never do this for fun. I would immediately call an ambulance if a situation arose. However, depending on how far you are from civilization, it may take awhile. The person could be bleeding very badly or be badly wounded.

Then you administer first aid. Morphine is for emergency medicine.

I've never piled in on you like many others, but...what in the frick...? Morphine doesn't stop bleeding. Leave it to the pros, or contact the DEA for proper licensing; they can fill you in on using it.

Heroin.
But seriously, you aren't going into combat here, and you don't need to prepare for the possibility of emergency surgery. If things are bad enough for you to need something as strong as morphine then the ambulance will be there shortly.

Ah, the old "I need it for my first aid kit" trick, eh?
It doesn't work for black guys. We're already suspicious.
