What can BR do to fix the traffic around Highland/I-10?

Exting eastbound at Highland and Highland Rd from the interstate south is such a shite show pretty much daily. I'll tell you one thing, this light cycle is pathetic

Yeah that's actually a pretty good option that would cut out a lot of people getting off at highland to get into Pville
