"Don't you agree?" Or, "I'm sure that you agree." Uh, no.

People that use "dah,dah, dah..."

"said differently" Way overused.

People starting sentences with "so". Pisses me off.

Nope, a near miss is just that, but often gets treated like a direct hit for that other often used phrase, Lesson Learned.

I hate this one. Why would you start a sentence with a pause? I guess one theory is in our short attention span society people are saying - "here comes a sentence, pay attention".

As one of the younger employees at work, I laugh at all of the antiquated and overused buzz words in the office.I insert phrases from rap songs as buzz words to see if the older people will pick them up. I actually heard my boss use "some type of way" earlier this week. It makes the day pass quicker!
