obviously Shreveport didn't get hit has hard as those to the south of us, but just driving through my neighborhood this morning, there were a substantial amount of large trees down all over the place
I haven’t seen a single tree down in bossier or Shreveport. Branches maybe but there’s not a substantial amount of large trees down in your neighborhood

used to seeing hours of gusty winds that are sustained at tropical storm strength and come from different directions as the storm passes. Those kinds of winds really test older trees and infrastructure that just can't withstand those loads
the reason so many trees are down (which knocks down power lines) is it rained for hours and hours before the strongest winds. saturated ground plus wind equals bad news for trees

Every CLECO customer in Rapides and Grant parish was without power at one point. Still over 35k CLECO customers without power in those 2 parishes alone.
Entergy has hundreds of power stations damaged, with over 1800 miles of transmission lines downed from the storm. Beauregard Electric estimated that they won't be back up for nearly a month.
But to OPs question, the easier answer is which areas were NOT damaged by the storm, and that is basically everything south of Monroe and east of Rapides/Evangeline/Lafayette/Iberia parishes. Not the most exact answer, but gives you an idea at least.

I live in West Monroe and it’s really bad here.. My mother and father in law is staying with us cause still no electricity. Pretty much all my family has no electricity and I’m the only lucky one.. Bunch of big oak trees are down.. it’s the worst I seen ever here..

Parts of ouachita parish looked like a war zone Friday morning.
From KNOE north east to just south of CLECO is like a wall of massive tornados hit.

LaSalle and Grant were hit pretty bad as well, and I think Winn also. At least a lot of trees and power lines down.

The one that was being held up by the power lines across the street. Someone hung a Stay Strong sign on it the other day. It was a welcome sense of humor amongst all of this destruction. I’ve lived in moss bluff nearly all of my life and I’ve never seen Armageddon like this. I’d guess that 90% of the homes I’ve seen are heavily damaged. I saw an old lady outside yesterday raking her debris and tree splintered yard. Her car was pinned under her collapsed garage. She had the 1000 yd stare. She didn’t know what else to do but pick up a rake and do something. She wouldn’t even acknowledge anyone when asked for help. She just kept raking. This hurts my heart in so many ways. The people of moss bluff make it an awesome little community. We will build it back even better than before, but it’s gonna be a long time before we recover from this. We are proud though...just like many of you guys from all of the other great small communities here. Lache Pas, y’all.

God, this rips my heart out cause I was in that exact same situation when I flooded with Harvey. I didn't have flood insurance and with the Mt. Everest amount of shite that had to be done and how I was going to pay for it, I just walked around in circles oblivious to the world for about a week.
