M.O.G.U.E.R.A. from "Godzilla vs. Spacegodzilla."

As many problems as the Star Wars prequels had, especially Episode I, I absolutely loved the Naboo N-1 Starfighter.

You could maybe throw in some of the Gundams or mechs from Exo-Squad as well.

fricking Ringworld, The Ringworld Throne really made it for me.

Probably the Millennium Falcon, The Ark in Tuf Voyaging, The Lying Bastard in Ringworld.

The last is really only small part of the book. But just the way General Product Hulls are. And that scene where they realize they are stuck on a collision course instead of a fly-by with Teela just staring at the Ringworld all excited.

My favorite would be the one that used actual real ammo and not "laser beams"

The Yamato actually does use conventional HE rounds at one point in its main batteries, and it’s integral to the episode ;)

THANK YALL SO MUCH. Being a sci fan and a big ole geek I cant tell yall how happy this thread made me. I read it down and back up really enjoying it. One of the things that keep me coming back here is the inelegance of this board. All the answers coupled with your witty responses was a true joy to read Thanks for making a ole man happy.

I love them and have a hard time picking a favorite. I guess I like the have to hold them together types. The slightly rough around the edges type cause I think it lends realism. Spending years riding a tug boat I know the chore it is to keep it working that said I guess the Millennium Falcon, Serenity both fit that style and I love them.

When I started writing I designed our freighter to make sense. It aint pretty but it is functional. It's our space freighter Intrepid.

I give extra credit to the Borg ships for completely ignoring the aerodynamic style of other ships. Absolutely the most practical and realistic ship.

My pick is both the Enterprise-A and the Enterprise-E. Gorgeous in their own different yet iconic ways.
