I do like Broadway/Times Square, but I suspect it would get old quickly if I lived there.

Its actually Vegas...everywhere else in town is just a shopping mall. Fremont Street is infinitely better than the rest of Vegas in my opinion.

When I lived there I would go out of my way to drive from the campus (aTmCC) to downtown. Very nice and family friendly.
