People who, at peak traffic time, pass a line of traffic waiting to exit at a popular exit; turn on a popular road; or execute the predominate maneuver (I.e. 61@ I-110 south on ramp or I-10 E at I-110 I-10 merge) and cut in at the last possible second.

People who stop and hold up traffic to get over. God forbid they be inconvenienced. But they sure as hell will hold up traffic so they can get over

Agreed. Even if it's 5:00 PM if the rain is heavy enough I can't see your dumb arse coming up when I'm trying to pass someone doing 20 mph in a 50.

I noticed another peeve tonight, I suppose a variation on an original point of contention. I'm speaking of people who will not take advantage of a wide open left-hand lane with just two cars on the highway, then when the road narrows to a single lane, they ride your arse for miles afterward.
Why in the hell did you not pass? What the frick are you people doing while driving? Do you look at warning signs that tell you the road is narrowing? Do you plan ahead at all while driving? Most of these "leave the left hand lane open for me to bottle-arse along" can't drive worth a shite, in my opinion.

Because they miss out on the opportunity to tailgate 3 inches from your bumper. By the way, when somebody does that to me I go even slower than I wanted to, just to be a dick right back.

Because in Texas you can drive in the left lane. Slower traffic stays on the right. Like someone else said...it's a state by state thing.

Whenever you are in traffic- frick anyone who waits until the last second to force themselves in the lane so that they can skip everyone that got into the right lane as soon as they go into the traffic

People who don't know how to use the cruise control. One minute they are going 85 the next 70. You constantly pass and get passed by them.
