I just had this happen to me about 2 hours ago driving from Mobile to Pensacola. The dumbass had traffic backed up as far back and I could see. I am thinking "You drive on the highway for a fricking living and you can't see what you are doing to everyone behind you??"
Also, one you didn't mention is the people who get distracted at a traffic light and don't see it turn green. Is it a fricking surprise to them that the light was going to turn green a couple of minutes after it turned red??
Slow drivers are awful. They act like they are being safe, but they are frustrating all of the drivers behind them. And causing a massive clog of cars behind them.

25 over an arbitrary speed limit set up by people who likely have never traveled that stretch of road. If a rule doesn't make sense, it's your duty to break it

I'm not talking about going to the end and stopping. I'm talking about stopping or slowly down greatly near the beginning, often backing up traffic behind you on the main road. If you see someone merging near the end and assume they're taking advantage, you're demented and probably dangerous on the road, because you view it all as a fricking competition, with people trying to screw you over left and right, and thus you try to screw them first.

On a road with a suicide lane/middle turning lane:
People who turn their cars perpendicular to traffic and wait to make the left turn instead of driving straight into the suicide lane to wait until traffic clears. Get your butt-arse out of the freaking travel lane!

People who wait for the other car across the intersection to turn left when they are going straight through the intersection. You aren't being polite, you're wasting a green light and everyone's time.

before they put in road blocks, nothing pissed me off more than highway 30 in the mornings. People would ride the turning lanes causing accidents or ride and then cut in line.

When I'm behind a car on a 2 lane road and said car lets a car at an intersection merge in front of them when there's no one behind me as far as the eye can see. The car would have gotten out quicker had you never slowed down to let them on the road. You're not being polite, you're wasting time for everyone.

1,2,3 are my tops closely followed by drivers not putting their lights on in rain, fog, and early morn/ late evening. The lihts help others see you even if they dont make it easier for you to see.

People who refuse to pass, either on a two-lane road (or worse) those who camp behind you on a four-lane road with the left lane wide open to pass.
I've slowed down to 45 mph many times, just to see if they'd pass... Most do not. I guess they are locked onto my bumper while they flick with their iphone.
Also, I think it would be fair to say if you pulled over all drivers and put a gun to their head and said, "Tell me the speed limit or I'm going to blow your brains out," at least half wouldn't have a clue.
