Invest it to try and hedge against the upcoming inflation from all this money printing that is going to useless shite
Our government is a bunch of incompetent assholes and they’ve got everyone so riled up over if they are red or blue; but the reality is most of these politicians are just turd brown and should be flushed down the toilet.

Send out free money to people, and later tax them to get it back. Only govt.
Cut taxes and don't send money to foreign govts only to have them give it back to the bidens as kickbacks.

Inflation has the same effect as taxation, just disproportionally affecting those with savings (i.e. those trying to maintain a responsible emergency fund)

Republicans have now joined the democrats as enemies of the American taxpayer. No more checks and balances in govt, which is why the debt is skyrocketing.

Honestly, if it were $2k each, I'd pay off our second car. At $600, I'll put it in the kids college fund.

I’ve never felt so utterly hopeless with our elected leaders.
I feel like we need a paradigm shift in government. Term limits, a mandatory stay in military service or the private sector before running for a public office, for God’s sake we have to do something to reattach these people to their constituents.
The people running the show are incompetent and do not give two shits about the well being of the public. They play us against each other like fiddles in order to further their own wretched political careers.

I’ve stopped paying extra in my mortgage in the hopes that inflation depreciates that debt and have gone hard in the paint on index funds for domestic and international markets in Roth accounts this year.
Short of starting a new crypto portfolio or buying gold and giving up on the USD I’ve done all I can.

Yes with $2000 each we were actually going to do something
The $600 each is going to go in the savings that we are saving up to do the something

There isn’t a single politician in the world that I would trust to wipe my arse without skimming off some for themselves.

No way, quit being selfish. Love thy neighbor, help thy neighbor. For the greater good.
