Figured this could help those last minute shoppers with ideas. Buying the wife some Tom's shoes and some earrings at a boutique. Can't think of anything for the mom yet.

Sending mom some flowers; wife is getting some bath bombs from Lush from one daughter and a Tiffany's charm with an initial from our baby. Wife wears a necklace with the initial charm of our first daughter so now she will have one from each girl. Should go over well at work considering the two initials are F and U. If we have a third kid, I will make sure his/her name starts with a K.
