For the record, I'm not going to be guilted into anything and I don't share chain email-esque things like this as a matter of principal.

That they do. Pro oil or not, these threads turn to shite in no time. I've given up on trying to explain the pros and cons of this, but make no mistake, there are cons even for the average Joe.

I'm sure God will get right on this if there's enough Facebook interest

Would rather pay $25 for a full tank instead of $60+ so some guy can buy an extra vehicle he doesn't need. Most should have saved their oilfield money instead of blowing it every other 2 weeks.

Is it really that bad? Some people may have put aside a good percentage of that money, but it may only cover their living expenses for a strict finite amount of time.

By the way, I am still worried about my future in becoming an oil field plant operator baw.

The fate of the oil industry is being controlled now by a group of people in the Eastern Hemisphere that are known for loving God so much they would die for Him...

So, this prayer will not work.

Funny, I was just praying and thanking God for $1.45/gallon gas. I guess He likes me more than them.

I think this line here aggravates me the most:

WTF difference does it make if I share it instead of copying and pasting? You want my prayers and attention, but only if I do it a certain way?

I'm a man of God, but I don't copy and paste anything like that on my FB - religion related or not.

Much needed prayers...the oil industry is really bad now. Don't know what is going to happen and my heart goes out to co-workers and friends that have been laid off already. I'm so sick to my stomach not knowing what will happen...prayers to everyone.
All prayers needed right now. If I don't see your name, I'll understand. May I ask my family and friends wherever you might be, to kindly copy and paste this status for one hour to give a moment of support to all of those who have family problems, health struggles, job issues, worries of any kind and just needs to know that someone cares? Do it for all of us, for nobody is immune. I hope to see this on the walls of all my family and friends just for moral support. I know some will!!! I did it for a friend and you can too. You have to copy and paste this one, NO SHARING. Thanks in advance. Struggle Is Real!!

My wife's (you won't get pics) sister (you don't want pics) posted that damn shite on Facebook, that was prefaced with something along the lines of "my brother-in-law's company is laying off a bunch of people...."

....and my phone blew up from friends and family because everybody thought I got fired.

I don't even do Facebook, so I had to call that stupid twat to tell her to take that shite down.

Hate that some folks are struggling, but, hell, someone always is. Industries go through ups and downs.

I'll pray for those affected to find suitable alternative means of income, but I refuse to feel bad about getting ahead in my own budget because gas is cheaper. I celebrate that, because I'm tryna pay bills, too.

I see no issue with praying over a concern you have. It's scriptural.

If this succeeds does it mean the Sheikh of Dubai is overwhelmingly favored by God?
