What are the odds a US Federal Judge orders Maduro released?

Don't get me wrong, I am glad his was taken out. One socialist sworn in on the same day one was drug out of power. IMO, the only good marxist is a dead one. But, we've seen our black robed super citizens, who have the power of all three branches in one unelected person do some crazy things. They've called for the release of violent illegal aliens. What are the odds they step in and demand Trump turn over Maduro to some other source, the UN for example, or demand he be released pending some legal dispute?

Actually it’s going to be a tough road in the SDNY. Between the corrupt judges and the commie jurors it will be hard to convict.
