What are some weird things people do, that you dont understand?

I was at Wendy's getting water and some oddball employee kept staring at me. He kept mumbling. I said what? But he didnt say anything. Just stared and mumbled something. I cant read lips, so I just left it alone and thought he maybe just another weirdo. What are some weird encounters you have had?
