Sweet and spicy jerky. You can also grab a t-shirt with the beaver on it to let everyone know you were there. Wear it ironically, of course.

It's mostly garbage but the spicy saltines and beaver nuggets are addictive. The fudge and BBQ suck.

I've been burned by this twice. I love BBQ and TX is known for having good stuff. The first one I got at the one in Madisonville was terrible, but I thought maybe it was a fluke. A year or so later I got another at the new Buccees in Terrell and it was exactly the same.
