Found any good free resources to help? Especially with understanding tax implications.

I wouldnt mind paying for something, but dont want to waste my time with all the "snake oil salesmen" type pushing their used up "sure thing tactic". I want to create my own tactic, so more just trying to create the ops process of it to hold myself to. Then let the "gamble" up to my mind.

Wife made me get rid of Xbox couple years ago, I’m 51

Admittedly I was spending good bit of time on it. I’m way more productive around the house and yard stuff now.

honestly, it's all snake oil. stock picking is random, so you have to consider it's a cost (like golf, etc)

i did recently buy a book about real estate investing, but that seems like a big jump. i kind of want to know a lot more if i ever get a good opportunity

Still shooting JPEG. First real camera I’ve owned. It was a Christmas gift from my wife, mainly resulting from the birth of our first child. Sony A6000.

Ive been playing rugby since college. Ive slowed down a little now but its still something I love.

I also just started in the Tennessee Vintage Baseball League. Its a baseball league using the rules from 1864.

Add in going to the gym five days a week and my schedule is full.

Nice.

Mirrorless is the way to go, DSLR's will be obsolete soon. The electronic viewfinders are fantastic.

There’s a pesky bear who posts a lot here that could do with being shot, if you ever get down Houston-way.

Thanks for the images you posted, well-done.

I do a bit of metal work, mess around with old British bikes, do static model building (bridges, civil projects, etc.), keep the eleven infernal combustion engines I have for various fricking purposes going, maintain the residence in general, and help out with whatever the little füts need.

Thinking of taking up playing Bridge with some old folks.

I run at least 5k every morning no matter what the weather is, worst case here is balmy for you in AK.
