My nervousness when public speaking. Working on it, but if I was an excellent speaker in my profession, I'd advance much faster. Also, I'm way too nice to people IRL.

That I can't relax even on weekends I'm up at 5:30 and by 7 I'm ready to be doing some project if not I get anxious.
I also like my alone time and start taking it out on the people who love me if I don't get enough of it. It really pisses me off that I get that way and I try hard to be better.
I compete at everything instead of just relaxing. I compete driving to work, fishing on weekends, playing yard sports it doesn't matter it's like I'm always trying to be first or win.
I hate this the most about myself.

I hate my voice. Every time I hear myself on a recording or video I just want to punch myself for sounding so annoying
