Everything is stupid and overpriced. Except Catholic Mass. that’s still free, and it’s the best part of my week.

Holy shite, Mingo. I actually agree with you on this

You didn’t even get into the injustice of some of these Baws advertising ‘food trucks’ and then have some migo show up pulling a damn Food ‘trailer’

Couple of our terminals have mexican food trucks that roll by. Best damned burritos you'll find and they're like $5. I load up every time I see em.
I miss the days of those unmarked food trucks with the blue roof panels showing up at a job site, they were always so affordable. Used to drive out of my way home past some construction sites just so I could stop and get tacos.

Best chicken I ever had was $3 dollars on the street in Bangkok.
No rent and low over head means overcharge for them.

You can get a Dearmans cheese burger at the food truck on brickyards patio for $10. Really good hot dogs and meat pies too for $5.

I don't think you have a clue what the point of food trucks are. It's less about cost reduction and more about mobility. Give them a call and you have any type of food you want sitting in your parking lot. Doesn't mean you get to rewind prices back to 1985.

Sure they will, usually charging and minimum, the trucks I see never move and set up in parking lots and don't move.

I’m sure the brewery was reasonably priced though

Coffee stands and food trucks are the bomb.

Weren’t the point of food trucks that you could minimize overhead and produce good food at affordable prices without locking yourself into brick and mortar?
The point is to make money commie. Eat somewhere else if you don’t like the price

Agree if you pay it they will sell it, it's about how people spend their money. Not all people are frugal, and spend what they have, until they have none. Convinces has a price.

Having a food truck is like printing money.

You, as the consumer, have all the power. As long as folks will pay high prices for unnecessary items, business will continue to charge high prices.
