When you called the nintendo hot line, that was the first thing they would ask you, "have you tried blowing in the cartridge?"
And don't forget the trick where you let the edge of the cartridge sit on the edge of the opening and then popped it down into the system. That shite worked too.

I blew, but I also did the trick where you leave the very edge of the game sticking out when you pressed down. Seemed to work pretty good

same here... and i figured out if i put both index fingers over the slot of the cartridge, leaving a small opening between them, and then blew, that worked well too....
