But if you're taking some moral stand, why not stop wearing their stuff? You're still promoting the Nike brand when you wear the swoosh.

I’m not promoting their brand. No one cares about me and people aren’t going to buy Nike because I’m wearing a pair of Nike Metcons to the gym.
I simply stated that going forward I will no longer be purchasing anymore Nike products.

Same thing happened to the dri fit t shirts I bought to work out in. I'm not going to lose sleep over the ad but I can easily choose another brand next time I am in the market for shoes or workout gear. I'm a 30 year old white guy so I'm probably not their target demographic.

I just can't believe Nike would resurrect this Kaepernick thing.
Mind blowing tbh, but they are doing it for a reason, and NIKE is on everyone's mind now. I will say it worked, but I'm interested to see what comes out from all sides on this.
It pisses me off because Kaep doesn't even know what he's protesting. It was used as race baiting originally. Then we get over this, don't hear anything, see cops having fun on Facebook, now back to the race bating.
