can what I eat tonight affect my wellness exam tomorrow? They told me to fast after midnight....bot I’ve got a hankering for a cheeseburger. Can what I eat tonight affect my labs even I fast as they recommend?

Your triglycerides might be high. I did this one. Ate Popeyes before.

Your labs will be impacted by the last 200 meals and whether or not you been doing more than 12oz curls

Go for it. It's your last good meal.
Same here for the first thing in the morning for blood work. And yes, knocked off a half of a ribeye and 5-6 beers.

Spank, just fast after midnight. Eat something now. Good luck with your blood work.

Awww damn...I didn’t think about that aspect of the exam...I am about to lose my appetite.

Don't worry too much about that. Well, unless you ask where to put your pants and your doc says, "Just toss them over there next to mine." Good luck!

Just make sure you and the doc agree on a safe word beforehand. Like “deeper”

Yes, but it doesn't matter unless you subscribe to the antiquated view on cholesterol.

OP worrying that 1 cheeseburger the night before if going to mess him up is laughable. Like c'mon dude.

Should have fasted for a week. I forgot I had mine and drank a half a bottle of bourbon the night before and some fried chicken. My numbers sucked!

Good thing they don’t test for drugs

When going for a check-up, I always eat/drink what I normally do. I’d rather get a typically result. I’m not trying to set records

You hate to see it. So confident, yet wrong!

Eat a couple of Tie Pods around midnight.
That’ll get you cleaned out good.
