What does same day voter registration, grants for conducting risk-limiting audits of elections results, and bailing out USPS have to do “qualifications for loans” ?

I’ve always been a policy guy. I’ve voted Democrat and I’ve voted republican. But this shite has to come to an end. We have to legitimize a 3rd party otherwise this country is going to eventually fall due to nothing more than a pissing match.

Some of the Dem proposals are just about qualifying for a government loan. That isn't obstruction, it's smart to have standards and oversight.
Twice as much money is directed to businesses vs people, so it's not like a small thing.
I don't think the D proposal is perfect, but most of the points people are complaining about are just qualifications for loans. I'd rather have some qualifying process and then oversight of who receives the $. Otherwise, it can be 500 bil of pork for favored corporations
If Dems legitimately focused on qualifications to ensure the money was used effectively then most people wouldnt have an issue with it.
But instead, the Dems are basically trying to hold Trump & Congress hostage by adding on laws and regulations to this bill that are completely unrelated to the virus's impact on the economy.
The Dems know that either Congress and Trump will have to push through the Dem agenda to "save" the economy, or else reject the bill and cause further harm and uncertainty to the economy so that Trump looks bad on election day.

The only thing I can think of it they made a shite ton of preposterous shite in order to get some sort of limits on companies that take money (some likely needed) I really hope that it is some sort of negotiation tactic but likely not.
