shite, it is the IRS. They may move the deadline up to tomorrow. Dead people don't file returns...

The White House has already sent a request to the Treasury for them to extend it, so it's likely inevitable. I'd say an announcement will come next week. An extension will also include a waiving of any penalties and interest.

Deadline is Monday, better act fast

Edit: the first deadline (business returns) Monday.

Individual deadline will be moved I’d be shocked if it wasn’t

Monday is the deadline for S-corps and partnerships. Those obviously won't be extended at this point. Can't see them making an announcement the Friday before the deadline.
