There will always be new cases happening until there is a vaccine. The point was to not overwhelm the hospitals and introduce it gradually.
The Kentucky case is a bullshite fear mongering click bait article. It takes 10+ day’s to show symptoms and about the same time to get results back, but protests less than 5 days ago caused a spike? No. That article was a conclusion in search of a question and a willing journalist lying to push an agenda.
