Unintended consequences of good intentions.

Obviously the example in the OP is disheartening. People should not behave that way.

BUT

When we, then normal people, look at this is it unfair to not also look at the financial trickery, evasion, cheating, etc that happens on the higher end? Both from individuals and corporate entities.

If the majority of us said frick it and stopped going to work. No one would have money. Problem is, no one is going to do that.


When people like Gravy say only buy from black businesses, I just laugh. Guess what happens if all the white business owners just say frick it in baton rouge? The city dies.

I hate all leaches equally, no matter their color/race/religion. My wife has a brother and a sister that I would gladly nominate to be disposed of. They survive by mooching off the rest of the family. I fukn hate them.

I was a retail manager back in college. Every time I would make the work schedule, I’d always have one person tell me every week to do NOT schedule them more than X hours a week.

My wife (who has since passed away from a terminal illness) was unable to work for about 10 years.

I was supporting her and 2 kids.
But I tried to get food stamps to just pay for her Ensure and other drinks since she was on a full time liquid diet. Price those things.............they are not cheap.

Was denied....................yet every lazy arse in town has them. This hits home!

Well, I am not talking about welfare specifically. There are a good bit of white people find ways to get on disability then do "side work" for cash. 

I know OF one married couple who the husband is on disability.. But he plays music with a band and on the weekend "plays gigs" which is gets paid in cash. 

There are people who who receive disability, but when crawfish season comes around they are able to get up early a few times a week to go put out traps and then get about 300 lbs - 400 lbs of crawfish a week to sell.

I think there is a tremendous difference between the typical fraudulent
Welfare recipients and the disability example that you described.

The typical welfare recipient:
Lazy, entitled, holding their own self back by not working full time because that gubment money will get cut back.

Disability person doing side gig:
WORKING a side gig to pull in EXTRA income. Keyword - working
And does not hold himself back. Does not feel entitled.

Theres a gazillion differences.

The "typical" welfare recipient develops an entitlement mentality and the world is much better off if without these lazy leeches.
