The problem is not only the cruise line but the length of the cruise, departing port and ports of call
Longer more expensive cruises dont really have this problem. Alaska, Hawaii and Mediterranean cruises dont have this problem.

I always try to guess the iq of some of these species when they pass me in traffic like it’s a medical emergency. I just mutter shoots to myself and you go daraneisha or whatever name I come up with

We just went just got back from a Carnival Cruise Sunday week ago. Don’t see anything remotely like this behavior. In fact, over the past 29 years, we’ve done like 8 or 9 Carnival Cruises and have never seen anything like this even once.
The key is to always do a 7-day cruise. The additional cost of a 7-day, as opposed to the budget 3 to 5 day cruises, filters out the sort of sub-human ghetto trash you see in that videos and others like it.

We have been on over a dozen Carnival cruises in my life. I agree that the 4-5 day cruises attract a lot of similar clients, however many are going on 7 day as well. I have seen at least 4 cruises where fights have broken out and people causing scenes on disembarkations etc. What I will say is that this happens much more when cruising out of NOLA or Galveston. Haven't had any issues cruising out of Florida.
But since Carnival changed their status program, we have moved on to Royal, Princess, Disney etc. Much better experience IMO.

I have to say we were a bit disappointed in some aspect of this last Carnival Cruise we just got from. It seemed like the boat was under-staffed. The staff were still good. But it wasn’t like it’s always been.
I’m already planning our next cruise, this one will be to Alaska. I’m thinking either Holland America or Princess for this one. Leaning Princess right now, but I have more research to do before making a final decision.
