Been there, done that!

That's weird.

Worked with a guy named Will at a warehouse that was an odd fellow. I legit thought he was pushing 70 but found out he was only 48 at the time. Dude's hair was completely white and he had wrinkles. He only took a 10 minute lunch(we had 30 minutes) and he ate a bag of chips and a coke, every day. He sat at a table in this small kitchen instead of the break room. If someone sat next to him, he got up and left.
He also worked every single day. 12 hour days. Even when they cut our hours to 40, which lasted about two weeks, he would clock out after 8 hours and stay the extra 4. Weekends, he would just show up and work and not get paid. I'd be surprised if he's still alive.

Guy in another dept hired a new kid in his late 20s.
He's timid as all hell. To the point it interferes with his work.
I figured it was simply being in over his head.
Friday afternoon I was behind him in traffic and he nearly caused multiple wrecks by hesitating and being timid.
If he was my problem, he'd be fired. But his boss is almost equally afraid of confrontation.
I have never understood why people are incapable of action or indecisive with what action to take... Use logic and reason to pick a course of action. If you happen to be wrong, and you can justify your actions in a way that make sense, I'll back you 100%

This guy would not talk to anyone in his office until
he unplugged his office phone from the wall. He was convinced
that his boss listened to him thru it.
He also kept a personnel file on everyone he worked with
even though no one reported to him.
He took his office phone home every day when he left work
Eventually he had a major stroke and retired

A woman at my office would pick certain things out of other peoples' lunches, like the shrimp out of a stir-fry, and then put the lunch back in the fridge.
I also can't stand how my office manager greets every person in the morning like someone she hasn't seen in 20 years -- "oh my god, it's you, good morning."

Worked with an old guy who would take his bagged lunch out to his car and eat by himself. He'd sit there for a full lunch hour, windows rolled up, summer or winter and read a book.

We have an employee who comes in an hour before work, goes into the bathroom stall nearest the urinals, and throws his jacket on the floor by the toilet. Often it hangs out near the urinal. He sits there for nearly an hour listening to tik tok and all manner of videos with the volume up loud. Sometime close to start of shift, he disappears and apparently goes to work. None of us can figure out who it is.

The most idiotic thing I've witnessed from a co-worker was his committment toward eating only the food he brought from his house made by his wife.
Most of the time his lunch was a plain old sandwich consisting of a few slices of ham and cheese between 2 slices of bread.
One day a vendor came in and brought this awesome array of food that we would serve ourselves to like a buffet. There was plenty enough for everyone to enjoy, even have seconds if they wanted.
This clown was pissed because he had brought his sandwich and complained that the vendor should have told us all the day before so he wouldn't have brought the sandwhich. Several of us told him to calm down and just appreciate the vendor's offerings...just eat, we told him!
He refused to partake in the great spread because he said his wife had made his sandwich and he had to eat it or she would be pissed. We said, throw the damned sandwich away! He refused to do so, and begrudgingly devoured the sandwich, while we all looked at him in amazement.
Now that I think about it, this dude wasn't very bright. Did I mention that he was from Livingston Parish?
TBH this guy sounds like he is on the spectrum. Simple solutions don't apply because their brain doesn't process shite the same as the average person. To him, the sandwich was made and needed to be eaten and that was that, there was no getting around it.

Pretty minor compared to the other responses in here, but I'm in the process of trying to figure out which dude in my office can not wash his hands in the bathroom without leaving a huge puddle of water on the counter and he doesn't wipe it up. It's so much water that it nearly has to be done on purpose. It wouldn't be a deal at all, but we occasionally have customers use that restroom. I always just wipe it up when I go in there. I think I've narrowed it down to two people.

Sweep spilled coffee grinds in the corner and say "We have people that take care of this stuff, so we'll sweep it right here and let them do their thing"

We have two. One lady, poor thing is flat as a sheet of plywood, who runs in the hallway. And a guy who has to piss at least once an hour, must have a bladder the size of an acorn.
