I have a tricep that twitches super randomly going on 4 years now. Doctors aren't concerned and nerve test showed nothing.

I think it’s called proctalgia.
I get a sharp, knife-like pain in my anus at random times. Maybe once every two weeks.
Although, I can’t remember it happening any time lately but it used to be regular when I was younger.

Haha it’s awful too. Internet describes it as severe and it will literally stop me in my tracks. I’ll be unable to talk and it’ll feel like death is ripping me open from the worst end.
