Weird dude down essen

We have been at the new children’s in BR since last Tuesday. Got off work and came here. Wife, no pics, text that she just called 911 on a weird side and she’d tell me more when she got back.
Just told me it was a big white walking between cars in oncoming traffic down essen near the Aptim building. Said he had on a large dark hoodie with the hood covering his face. He was holding a large stick of some sort that she said was taller than him. Weirdest part was she said her had like barbed wire wrapped around him from head to toe....wtf??!!!

Since Earl K closed down they have a lot of people like that hanging around Essen and the hospital. Seen dudes walking around in gowns with their asses hanging out a few times

I saw the usual white guy on college who sits on the bench and holds up the “you owe me a dollar if you read this” and takes it seriously being talked to by some cops. I actually saw them take a picture of him with his ID. I was shocked he had an ID. The guy is a BR personality.
