I grew up in the Possum Neck section of Point Cadet, East Biloxi. I thought everyone grew up in a neighborhood, within a neighborhood, in the hood.

There is a “Fightingville” neighborhood in Lafayette north of Congress. They have a produce market.

Given the location, the name appears appropriate.
