That little 1 year old has no chance at a decent life. The cycle will just continue and she’ll be a mother at 18 also.

I went to the NO DnB for the first time about 2 weeks ago. Wasnt too crowded and crowd wasnt as trashy as I expected for a Friday night

Not by itself. But it makes things a lot harder, and when you have all the other issues that are apparent in life... it pretty much is.
Some people make one bad decision and end up with a kid at 18. Her actions at this party cause me to believe that this isn't her first bad decision.
