Jeans, and pull-over fleece.

Jeans and slacks. 3-4 days usually.
Workout shorts. I'll wear them twice, depending on how much I sweat on a given workout

That is the nastiest thing I have read in this thread.

Jeans, other pants, and suits are about the only things I'll wear multiple times
Most of you (and me as well) would do well to listen to this poster more oftenerer...

Never underwear or socks...
Maybe anything else, depending on how long I wore it or what I did in it. I get shite on me (not poop) when I eat or cook quite often.

I have kept the same method since college. Have 5 pairs of pants and about 10 of everything else (socks, underwear/shirts, button downs, golf shirts, etc.) However that works out mathematically is fine with me but keeps it easy knowing on the 30/31st I need to wash everything.
Now sheets, on the other hand, them sob's get put in the wash every 5 days.

Sometimes on an upper body lifting day I don't sweat that much. Mostly head and upper body, definitely not much back or crotch sweat on those days.
There are plenty of workouts where I don't wear them again.

I only have my pants dry cleaned 1-2 times a year.

Too many variables here. Go grab supper at a nice restaurant, hell yeah wear again but the jeans you wear while sweating working on the truck, then of course they get washed. Common sense people.
Washing clothes wears them out faster than wearing them.
