We have an employee who came to work with a fever on Tuesday.

She was sent home, but she came BACK on Wednesday, claiming she felt fine. She was sent home again.

Fire her. At my old job we had a lady that would blow through her sick days on bullshite reasons and then come to work sick when she didn't have any left. She got shitcanned for bragging how she's tough because she works sick.
