We got pulled over in DeRidder Saturday

Two cars blocked us in, the Chief of police gets out and wishes us a Merry Christmas, then Gyth Rigdon gives us a $100 Wal Mart gift card.. Pretty cool

I told the fam we should load up on alcohol, then get stopped for a DWI, which they funded, lol. They were also giving out turkeys to some folks I hear.

The town of Walker used to do that. They would look for an out of state car on the interstate and pull them over. The chief would introduce himself and invite the people to town to ride in their Christmas parade or something along those lines and be the special guest.
Sounds like it was always a nice deal for the people who got picked, but if I was from out of state I would probably be kind of freaked out if cops pulled me over with a story like that.
