I genuinely do not understand how in a country as far progressed and civilized as the USA, in the 21st century with all the educational, informational and self improvement options at your finger tips, that an overwhelmingly majority, almost total segment of the population, one that has been here since America was founded, can act so uncivilized, uneducated and unwilling to upgrade and change their culture for the better.
