I can setup high availability and fault tolerance in AWS using Multi-AZ so that this never happens again; for a small fee or special privileges of course

(In all seriousness, I audit a defense contractor that had one of their key employees suddenly pass away. They had NOBODY trained as backup. They are in deep mess--the person who's doing it is trying to learn on the fly and not doing too well at it. Secession planning really is important.)
