Tried to use lawn darts like baseballs.

I touched an iron because it “looked” cold.
It wasn’t.
It wasn’t.

Used to flip the breakers in middle school by jamming paperclips in a socket and kicking them together. Hell of an arc,
Damn baw, you gotta straighten the clip out, push it thru the eraser on a pencil and bend it into a u shape.

Sadly, there’s a lot to choose from. Probably dragging a stuffed sock across the road to watch cars try and avoid it as if it were a cat. That was not just dumb but very dangerous.
glad i'm not the only one who did this!
also used to tie fishing line to two trees on opposite sides of the road, and then tape an egg in the middle, so that cars would hit it.

We would flatten two of them out. Shove them in the socket one at a time without drawing too much attention. Then kick with the bottom of the foot. Took about 2 months of doing this on an almost daily basis before that big dipshit Ryan got caught redhanded

I shot a bottle rocket under the bathroom door at a friend who was taking a dump. It bounced off the bowl and ended up on the cloth shower curtain lighting it up a little. I cut the burn marks away and never got caught.

Fight the law.
And the law won.

Bored one summer day in college, we had the girl across the street give us one of her old purses. We then took a shite in it, and put it out on the street to wait for people to stop and pick it up. At least 6 people did. It provided some good laughs.
Dumbest thing I did when I was a kid was put a neighbor's sprinkler in their garage and turn the water on while they were gone. The kid that lived there was my neighborhood arch nemesis and had stolen my skateboard from me. His mom covered for him when I pointed out the skateboard was mine, and that bitch pissed me off. In hindsight, I should have just whipped that kid's arse, but I had already done that several times.

We use to take a purse and tie fishing line and head to the sketchy parts. When they would stop to pick it up we'd yank it away.
Also the very few chances it snowed here throwing snowballs at passing cars.
Young and dumb

Back then in the late ‘70s took a hit of paper acid on a non stop red-eye flight from LA to NOLA.
Was a good trip in more ways than one, could have been really bad.
Yes it was a dumb thing to do.

Convinced a drunk friend to throw an entire brick of firecrackers through the window of an abandoned house across the street. House burned down and he got arrested. I still feel bad for instigating that shite.

Firecrackers thru the mailslot on random houses.
lighting garbage cans at the road on fire.
Hitting garbage cans full of trash with cars into peoples yards.

One dumbass in 8th grade typing class, (yes mellineals that was a real thing in the 70's) buried the butt end of a straightened paperclip into a big rectangular rubber eraser so it had two prongs. Massive burning rubber cloud he was not expecting. We had to evacuate the room. Coach Mosely came running out of the office complex paddle in hand.. When gave him up with a quickness.

Reminds me of my first day in Chemistry Lab as a Freshman. The GA said, "Hot glass looks just like cold glass...remember that, and you'll be fine".

Not me but my older brother: He and a friend had a beef with an older bully kid in the neighborhood. Constant dickish behavior pushed them over the edge. They laid a rope across the sidewalk and waited for him to ride by on his bike, yanked the rope up on both sides and sent him flipping way up in the air. He landed badly on the concrete and was hurt pretty bad. Broken shoulder IIRC. All scraped up and bloody.
He admitted it wasn't worth all the trouble he got into over it.
