I remember when Ms. Burns started way back in the 90's. I believe she was on WBRZ. It was kinda funny looking back because the morning after he first appearance on the news, every other guy at work was talking about it. (This was before the internet was really working well.) Wish I could locate some photos of her back then.

WBRZ may have Ashley Fruge' as a traffic chick but WAFB has Johnny Ahysen (formerly known as "Johnny A").
You would think that WAFB could figure out that a hot chick needs to be reporting on the cluster f**k known as Baton Rouge Traffic.
It doesn't take much talent to point to a map with a bunch of thick red lines or describe a camera shot with a bunch of cars not moving. Any Hooters chick could handle the job.
If I am going to get bad traffic news most mornings, at least serve it with a hot babe.

I had cut the cable for a few months and went to PSVue as my tv service. They only carried WAFB. It was miserable not having the Fruge' on my tv in the mornings. Besides, the male anchor on WAFB in the am is too dramatic.

When she puts on those glasses though GOTDAMN. She should wear them all the time. Gives her the librarian vibe. But yeah my buddy used to work there and told me she was weird as shite when I asked him to put me on. I was like man I don't care.. the weirder the better
