There has to be some level of inbreeding within the Manship clan - as evidenced by their offspring WBRZ. You can’t just read this story - you have to watch it to understand.
tl;dr - if you’re going to talk about the importance of “diversity,” it might help if your interviewees are actually “diverse.”

He gives away the game right there. If the hire is not "diverse" (i.e. non-white and/or non-male/LGBTLMNOP), he's going to go with male/pale/stale.
