EDIT: Yes, the last thing he brought up was subject matter jurisdiction the judge immediately denied it and left the courtroom. He started fussing about something but the cameras cut away to the clock.

I agree. People were run down and murdered at that parade for no reason whatsoever and some of them are treating it like some kind of game. It's atrocious

Not a lawyer, but I agree. Stuff like that could put a juror's safety at risk - lots of crackpots out there, stirring them up is dangerous.
