Earlier this year going to a Pelicans game I saw something similar. I saw this white couple, they looked like homeless heroin addicts and they went up to this black chick.. I don't think she was hot or anything, she was dressed nice and looked kind of proper.. Like someone who could have been mistaken as someone who would have been sympathetic. The dude stopped and asked her for money and her face just went into that ghetto mode with a "oh hell noooo. I work for my money you lazy mother frickas" look.
The dude went back towards the girl he was with, I guess he told her what happened and she yelled something at the black girl, who was half way down the block.

If people would stop giving freebies to the bums they'd all clear off the street and actually try to find a job.

When I used to smoke cowboy killers I would give a pack or two to a homeless guy on essen...he was always appreciative.

I saw a couple homeless guys once, they were young compared to most homeless people you see. One of them had on two different shoes. I'd just purchased groceries so I handed one of them a pack of Gatorade bottles. He was legit happy.

The College exit ramp and the Corporate/College intersection are the worst. It's the same fricking bums every day out there and yet every day I see fricking retards giving them money. 99% of the people who drive those roads have definitely seen them before. You know their game. Stop fricking giving them money.
Last time I went to Austin there were actually signs that said to not give anything to the beggars. I was shocked that liberal arse Austin put that up, but I approve.

I can’t stand the beggars on the college drive offramp. Even worse are the people who give them money and have a full-blown conversation with them while the light is changing. A couple of days ago I saw a guy get out of his car to take a selfie with one of these morons.

And yet even now, despite how many times it’s revealed these beggars are scammers and despite the fact there’s a Bum at every intersection, there are still enough soft hearted morons who refuse to stop giving money. They simply will not ever stop enabling.
