frick that guy with an ebola infested barbed wire dildo.

If there's anything to take away from this horrible story, it's this: if the court orders you to let your spouse have visitation and your spouse is showing signs of mental illness like, oh I dunno, LIVING IN A CAR, then you say frick the spouse, frick the court, and you deal with the consequences.

I don't even have kids and those pictures broke my heart.

As someone who’s doing okay in life (I’d like to think) and who’s wife and I are struggling to have kids naturally, reading stuff like this makes my stomach churn.

I don’t understand why so many terrible people are allowed to have kids, and so many good people aren’t.

I get “free will” and all, and I’m trying to hang onto my faith, whatever I have left from being raised catholic, but I don’t understand how a higher power can allow stuff like this happen. Just pure evil on earth.

Washington state does not have the death penalty. In April 2023, Governor Jay Inslee signed SB 5087, which formally abolished capital punishment in the state and removed provisions for capital punishment from state law.

Then hopefully he draws down on the deputy that finally catches him and that guy send him to hell

I wish I could be given immunity to give him what he deserves. Or anyone for that matter. Give him a lethal dose of lead.

Possible sighting in Idaho.

quote:

BOISE, Idaho — The McCall Police Department on Wednesday announced it is investigating a possible sighting of Travis Decker, who is a triple murder suspect in Chelan County, Washington.

"Please be aware that we are investigating these reports. Dispatch should only be notified of 1st person sightings, not rumors, texts, or online chatter," the McCall Police Department wrote in a news release.
McCall Police told KTVB over the phone that the unconfirmed sighting was at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 4 at Ridley's, and emphasized it is only a "possible sighting."

I was wondering about that too. How can you have visitation rights when you don’t even have an address? That can’t be normal.

Unfortunately it's very common. We took in two preteens left at the bus stop because neither parent has any sense. The mother lived in an suv and the father smoked so much weed he had no idea what he was doing on half the time.

The kids stayed with ours at our place a few hours while the police sorted it out. What was gut wrenching was when the little girl told my wife that she wished she was her mom. Of course the kids where given back to their dad.

Those two kids have been dropped off at the rural bus stop multiple times now with no parent to pick them up. Sometimes they stay on the bus and get taken to the police station and sometimes they stay with us for a few hours. It's terribly sad

Almost has to have some serious mental issues. No excuse at all but man we need to make more effort to identify and treat people for mental illnesses when they will allow....especially true of people who served in the military....its the least we can do for them. Right, left and center this is an issue that is incumbent upon all of us.....3 young lives snuffed out, another one ruined beyond any kind of redemption in this world and no telling how many family members and school mates and friends are going to be hard against it....damn.

You need a judge to put someone away against their will. You can't just force someone into treatment or into a hospital without the court.

After watching many episodes of 48 Hours and reading this OP, I’m convinced that some people either have no soul or they sold it to the devil.

I honestly can't comprehend something so incredibly evil

May Jesus have His hands on those girls and their family

It doesn’t make any logical sense. So you can either not think about the cruelness and declare it a mystery and keep believing, or you can adjust your beliefs.

If the guy is homeless and has a history of mental issues, why was he allowed to take the girls for an unsupervised visit?

You are 100% correct. Its a good thing the state can't just toss folks into an asylum but its also problematic on the other side of the coin. Its a serious issue that is so overwhelming we mostly ignore it hoping it goes away.

You could just say killed. Using unalived conjures images of you being a neck beard , fedora wearing, skinny jeans guy with a dog sitting at your feet under the sidewalk table at a coffee shop.
