The last concert I think I went to at the Varsity was Trapt and Blindside playing. The used to have a pretty good Smashing Pumpkins cover band. I don't remember their name anymore though. It was around 02-04. One of my favorite concerts during that time was Better than Ezra with a band (not local ) Ingram Hill. That was a very good concert and introduced me to Ingram Hill's June Picture show album, which is still a favorite of mine.

She's amazing live. Saw her at the Saenger and the Orphuem back in the 90's.

My cousin who lives in Folsom is good pals with Kevin from BTE, I play myself so one time when I was visiting from Tennessee he got him to come over one Saturday to eat crabs and whatnot, seemed really cool, he loves classic country which I do too so we hit it off pretty well, he also co- founded pilgrimage fest here in Franklin Tn which I had no idea at the time he was part of that.
