Hilary thought she was up against a clown that had no chance. she believed if she showed up she would win.

the clown won because of that mentality, that clown also worked his arse off and people gave him a chance.

That is a reasonable position.

Similar to the folks that assumed an easy win for Hillary in 2016, right?

No not true at all. Those who thought Hillary had no chance of losing are surrounded by very diverse opinions. Granted they are all the same but at least they look different.

No. He received 3 million less votes than his opponent, and won the electoral college with around 30,000 votes across 3-4 states. That is not a referendum.

How is losing the popular vote a referendum?

Because she lost the electoral college by a large margin. Sadly for you, the coastal cities don't get to pick the POTUS by themselves.

Oh, I know.

If we're being honest, 2018 was more of a referendum than 2016 was, just like the 2010 midterms were.

Another person who doesn't know what "referendum" means, and insists on making non-political posts political.

Your right, i have no idea what a referendum is...

Clinton lost every single battle ground state. Florida, North Carolina, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin.

In a country where the electoral college is the decider, and where 2 states comprise of a population larger than the combined population of 30 other states, still managing to lose the election...yeah, that's a referendum on Clinton. Clinton won the popular vote by 2.8 million votes (and that doesn't even account for the fraudulent voters). Pretending 2016 wasn't a referendum on the Democrat party, and Clinton, and ignoring fly over country is just silly. You are going to be disappointed in November...AGAIN.
