I ordered mine online when I was building and had my electrician install the genny and transfer switch. I ordered from Norwalk power systems. The cost savings in both price and no sales tax were very substantial. I have had almost zero issues in over 10 years of operation. It’s a generic whole house genny and 22 kw natural gas unit. Norwall power systems

It’s peak season. If he can wait until Spring, he won’t over pay.

How much does a 23kw generator cost to install? Other than the traditional $350.

Now how reliable are those NG generators when the shite hits the fan situations like Lake Charles now.
Is residential gas still available? Water is limited. You may need to see if you can get a tank too to supply that NG gen by.

Install cost depends on the location of gas meter and electric meter. The cost of supplies of gas plumbing and electrical parts make the install price go up. Long runs under the house or through the attic with electrical wire can bring the price up. Cheapest is both meters on the same side of the house. Also depends on pouring a concrete pad or composite A/c condenser pad (cheaper). I install these everyday. Rough estimate for install is $1500-2000. Standby Generators are hard to find right now.

Call cummins. They will sell you a 3MW onan unit if you need one.

How much do you really need to power your tofu maker, pelaton, iPhone, and powered dildo?
Maybe use free range animals to generate power.
