Once again I'll ask, what criminal act did this guy do on that day

This guy's potential affiliation with a 1%er MC doesn't mean he's a criminal (necessarily), but I think it makes sense to question his account of the incident as a result.

If you don't want to be treated like a thug, you probably shouldn't join a gang.

RICO is a Federal charge. This is not a federal case.

Darth said that he was detained and then arrested and is now asking for the charges to be dropped. I'm curious what the charges are.

Being in a support club doesn't necessarily mean you are a criminal. It does however make me take your words with a grain if salt. SYLB

Well maybe the CIA have infiltrated the cartel, and he will get out because Rico was put on hold. I jus hope Jax can square things off with the IRA and the Chinese.

If I recall correctly they charged everyone they arrested with conspiracy to commit murder, but I could be wrong.

The same thing that all the other bikers were arrested for, namely " engaging in organized crime". And not only that, the police used a “fill- in-the-blank” criminal complaint to charge all 177 suspects. They arrested every biker in the general area regardless if they took part in any fight or were just innocent bystanders.
And it's looking more and more like it was the cops who shot and killed most, if not all, of those who were shot that day. Bottom line, this was a police massacre and the corrupt system in Waco is doing everything they can to cover it up to save their own asses, including ruining the lives of almost 200 innocent people.

Felony mopery.
mopery:
the act of exposing one's self to a blind person.
mopery with intent to gawk
quasi-criminal offense frequently enforced by cops in crowded areas such as concerts and sports events by stating "move it along ..there's nothing to see here...."

this whole thing is getting more fricked up by the minute.
I realize this is a great opportunity to say frick the police but in reality most people won't care b/c its a bunch of criminal bikers that got fricked over...if in fact they did. How stupid is it to meet up at a popular restaurant and get into with a bunch of grown men? They must have watched too much SOA

I agree 100%. Everyone who took part in the fight should have been arrested and charged. I've said this time and again on here. What I take issue with are these two things...
1. The fact they wholesale rounded up everyone there, arrested, them, and put serious felony charges and massive bails on their heads. People have had their lives ruined. People have lost their jobs, their homes, even custody of their kids. All this despite the fact there's overwhelming evidence pointing to the innocence of most everyone that was arrested.
2. The cover-up of the ballistics evidence from the scene of who was killed by who. What little has been leaked out points to the cops doing most of the killing. And the whole police story of "the bikers opened fire on us" is complete bullshite. If you're in a fight with a large group of guys and they're shooting at you, are you going to stop what you're doing and start shooting at some cops? Come on.
We cannot know for sure what happened but logic says that there was a fight in the Win Peaks parking lot, someone pulled a gun and shot someone in the fight, and that's when the cops (who just so happened to already have the place surrounded with massive firepower including a SWAT team) opened fire on the crowd.

Well do you at least agree it looks like something over 100 innocent people have had their constitutional rights shite on and lives ruined? And agree it's also looking like the Waco police are responsible for shooting dozens of people, killing several in the process, many of which were not even armed?

As much as I dislike outlaw motorcycle/gangs/clubs or whatever the term is, they are being royally screwed on this. Every American should be outraged at the railroading going in Waco and the absence of accountability.

We're supposed to have this thing called the Constitution of the United States of America that protects us from things like this. Waco doesn't seem to care much about that though.

Its not like the "authority in Waco" , right or wrong, hasnt already trampled on other's rights before.
